Information I may share
I may share your information in the following circumstances:
- to service providers and affiliates (SquareSpace, PayPal, Book Like a Boss, ActiveCampaign, LeadPages, postal services) who assist in the delivery of my products and services.
I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your permission or are required by law to do so. I may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which I think you may find interesting if you tell me that you wish this to happen.
Clients and customers
If you engage in my coaching services I collect your name, email address, Skype contact details, business name and website and social information. This data is held within Zoom and/or Book Like a Boss.
If you purchase an online class, I collect your name, email address, and IP address. This data is held within Teachable.
I collect your name and email address when you opt in to my email list. These information is held within ActiveCampaign, my email marketing software.
Why I need it and how I use it
You will not be added to any other marketing lists unless you have opted in to those yourself. If you are also an email subscriber, please see the Email subscriber section below to see how your data is used in that context.
How long I keep your data
I am required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years. After this point your information will be kept until you notify me otherwise; you have the right to be forgotten so contact me if you would like your data to be destroyed.
If you believe that any information I'm are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email me as soon as possible, at the above address. I will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Our Services are for users age 13 and over and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
